Chatbotta is built and run by 創易聊股份有限公司 (Chatbotta Co., Ltd.), an AI customer service platform for small and midsize businesses in Taiwan. We think it should do more than chat: answer from your own information, finish bookings and lookups inside the conversation, and always reach a real person when something goes wrong.

Why we built it

Small businesses don’t need another chatbot

We built Chatbotta around the daily work of our hospitality and salon customers. These are the three problems they raise most.

Too many messages, no one to answer after hours

Customers ask on LINE, Facebook, Instagram and the website, mostly the same questions. Small businesses have no dedicated support staff, so evening and weekend messages wait until the next day, and by then the customer has moved on.

It answers, but doesn’t get things done

Most AI chatbots stop at “Yes, you can book,” then send a link for the customer to fill in. The real work of checking availability, booking and rescheduling still lands on the business.

When it’s stuck, customers are left hanging

The AI goes in circles when it doesn’t know, errors go unnoticed, and customers never hear back. For local businesses that live on word of mouth, that’s worse than having no AI at all.
